CRICKET- A Gentleman's Game Captains of all the Teams As we all know what is cricket, as ofcourse it is a game and everyone reading this must have played cricket in his or her life atleast once. So, just to make it more interesting I will start by telling you about cricket. Cricket is a game played with a bat and a ball on a large ground/field. It is being played between two teams of 11 players in each team. The main focus in the game is to score more and more runs for the team and to defeat them by making them out or dismiss the opponent batsman when in the field. Cricket - A Gentleman's Game: As we know that Cricket is a gentlemans game. it is said gentleman's game because this game is being played in a gentlemanly manner. As there is no sledging, cheating, bodyline bowling, temper tantrums or excessive appealing.
